Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist based in Austin, TX, with over 15 years of experience supporting children, teens, young adults, and families. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their sense of self, purpose, and belonging.

I’ve been in private practice since 2021, offering intentional, compassionate therapy services to the Austin community. Virtually, I offer services throughout Texas.

My education includes Bachelor of Social Work from Texas State University and Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and affirming. I strive to create a brave, open space where clients feel safe to show up as their whole selves. Together, we work to identify your strengths and take empowering, actionable steps toward growth and healing. Whether you're a child needing play-based support, a teen finding your voice, a young adult in transition, or a parent seeking guidance—I’m here to walk alongside you.

For all clients, I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities, including attachment theory, nature-based, mindfulness, self-compassion, Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Issue areas include life transitions, anxiety, depression, school-related challenges, regulation skills, trauma, cultural identity, and worthiness.

What you can expect from me

As a Brown woman and social justice advocate, I’m deeply committed to providing inclusive, equitable, and culturally responsive care for all.

I truly believe that healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, explore what matters most to you, and create meaningful, actionable steps toward healing and connection. This is a place for brave conversations, for showing up as you are, and for discovering the tools to thrive.
