Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach to therapy is collaborative, meaning we work together to explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools that support meaningful change.

I hold training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and draw from modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and strengths-focused work. My professional background includes experience working with individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, and self-esteem. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, values, and goals, recognizing that no two people or experiences are the same.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), centered around the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and Person-Centered Therapy rooted in humanistic psychology, which emphasizes creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

What you can expect from me

During our first session I will facilitate an introduction and rapport building, explain confidentiality rules and establish boundaries, gather background information about your concerns and history, develop goals, and discuss next steps for treatment.
