Great to meet you!

I am a Massachusetts-based Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with Board Certification through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). I have worked extensively with children, adults, and families, with experience across outpatient, correctional, and therapeutic residential school settings.

Currently, my practice primarily focuses on adults navigating relationship challenges, major life transitions such as divorce, anxiety, depression, and the stressors that can come with parenthood.

My approach to therapy

Are you trying to hold it together while juggling a million things? Do you wish you had a place where you could drop the filter without any judgment? Therapy with me feels like a real conversation rather than something formal or forced. I’m engaged, present, and I keep it real. I won’t flinch if you swear, get frustrated, or admit that life is pushing you to your limit. Whether it’s your relationships, the stress of parenting, or just life in general, I’m here to listen and help you untangle what’s weighing you down. Together, we will explore new perspectives and find tools to move you forward.

I am currently completing my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) training, with the goal of intentionally integrating mind-body practices into my work. These additional areas of training reflect my interest in holistic approaches that honor the connection between mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

If you’re looking for someone down-to-earth, direct, and who uses a healthy amount of humor and sarcasm, you’re in the right place! I understand how busy and hectic life can be. I offer virtual sessions, so you can meet from anywhere with your computer, tablet, phone.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll review your intake documents and talk about your history, what brings you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. This is also an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another, for you to ask questions, and to see if we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out - we’ll take it one step at a time.
