Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges. I take a solution-focused approach, helping clients build practical tools and make meaningful progress in their daily lives, I specialize in working with women navigating transitions into adulthood, postpartum changes, and the demands of motherhood, I offer individual therapy in a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can feel heard and understood,

My approach to therapy

I provide personalized therapy that is solution- focused and collaborative. I work with clients to identify what's not working, clarify their goals, and build coping skills they can use in everyday life. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgemental space where clients can feel safe being honest and open. I specialize in working with women navigating life transitions, including early adulthood, postpartum changes and the challenges of motherhood. I understand that each individual has unique needs within each stage of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm and relaxed environment where they feel comfortable sharing their story at their own pace. In our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy and begin identifying your goals. We'll work together to create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you, In ongoing sessions, we'll revisit your goals, track progress, and adjust as needed to support your growth.
