My name is Vanessa, In my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychoeducation and Mindfulness to help others overcome their mental challenges I'm also a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a life coach. I'm a bilingual therapist and life coach that uses a fun and unique approach to help you overcome those challenges. I will teach you how to find motivation to accomplish your goals and overcome mental health challenges by combining Cognitive Behavioral techniques with nutrition and fitness.
