Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping clients navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, identity exploration, and major life transitions with greater clarity and self-understanding. I primary focus on relational and attachment patterns, First-Generation experiences, cultural identity, and feelings of overwhelm, disconnection, or self-doubt. Whether you’re struggling in relationships, healing from past experiences, or trying to better understand yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down, process, and create meaningful change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented while also helping clients develop practical tools for everyday life. I offer bilingual therapy in English and Spanish to provide culturally responsive and accessible care. Together, we’ll work toward building healthier relationships, deeper self-trust, and a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions you will have the opportunity to reflect on how early attachments influence your current patterns, and we'll work together to create healthier, more secure relationships. We will work through negative cycles of connection or disconnection along with understanding "Parts" of ourselves that we would like to work through.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a supportive and collaborative space where we begin exploring what’s bringing them to therapy and the patterns they may be noticing in their relationships, emotions, or life experiences. Together, we’ll start identifying attachment styles, relational dynamics, and possible intergenerational patterns that may be impacting the way they connect with themselves and others. My goal is to help clients feel understood while also building insight into these patterns so we can begin working toward healthier communication, stronger boundaries, and more secure and fulfilling relationships.
