I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II), Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) and Substance Abuse Professional (DOT/SAP) with many years of experience in the counseling profession. I have worked with many diverse populations who face a range of barriers that include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, life transitions, relationship conflict, anger management, substance abuse, grief and loss.

I am goal oriented and focus my attention on assisting you the clients to find practical solutions to the issues you face. Each counseling session is tailored to meet the individuals' special needs through a therapeutic approach that is strength-based and grounded in cognitive behavioral and person-centered theories to provide insight, empowerment, and growth.
