Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wisconsin with experience supporting adolescents, adults, older adults, and families through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported in exploring their experiences without judgment.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiver burnout, chronic health conditions, grief and loss, family conflict, and major life transitions. I also have experience providing therapeutic services within restorative justice settings, supporting young adults in exploring the circumstances and experiences that have shaped their responses while building healthier coping strategies and pathways forward.

As a Black woman and clinician, I am especially passionate about creating inclusive spaces where individuals from diverse backgrounds feel respected, understood, and empowered. I have a particular interest in supporting those navigating generational trauma, family-of-origin concerns, identity development, community healing, and the unique stressors that can arise from systemic inequities.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is holistic and tailored to each individual's needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness-based interventions, clinical hypnosis, and solution-focused techniques. Together, we will identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, strengthen coping skills, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change that aligns with your values.

What you can expect from me

Together, we'll develop goals that are meaningful, realistic, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, chronic health concerns, caregiver stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I use a collaborative and culturally responsive approach that honors your lived experiences. You can expect a space where authenticity, curiosity, and healing are prioritized, and where you leave with a clearer understanding of your next steps and the confidence that you don't have to navigate them alone.
