Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering individual therapy. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from New York Institute of Technology in 2013. I have an eclectic approach to therapy that incorporates various treatment models and always viewing the client in a holistic, person-centered way. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults going through various life struggles. I am LGBTQIA+ allied.

My approach to therapy

Life is a journey of self discovery. It can sometimes surprise us, throw us a bit of a curveball, and leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and lost. These feelings can cause depression, anxiety, or both. If this resonates with you, I can help. I strongly believe that therapy and the therapeutic relationship between a client and their therapist can lead the way to the progress and change that you are looking for.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to working with you in helping you reach your goals while helping you navigate through this journey that you are about to embark on.
