Great to meet you!

I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and my education includes a formal component of Neuropsychological rehab. I specialize in working with adults/elders experiencing adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties or cognitive deficits. As a dynamic/motivated professional, I like to see each day as a new opportunity to challenge and improve myself. Traveling to different countries, cooking and dancing are always part of my journey of personal growth and appreciation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy is flexible and based on respect, commitment and evidence-based practices. I am guided by a holistic approach that focuses on the positive side of human nature like people’s needs, potential and motivation. My goal is to collaborate with diverse individuals to discover unique paths of emotional healing, always taking into consideration their personal background, unique experiences, priorities and values.

What you can expect from me

Life challenges/self-doubt can interfere/prevent us from aspiring to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Together we will find behavior-change strategies to help you find what works/matters for you. I practice transparency and empathy as a way to promote equality, awareness and empowerment. I will collaborate with you to assess your life challenges/circumstances, and will help you to grow from your struggles. You will have a neutral safe space and unconditional support through this journey.
