I've completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Virginia State University and received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from South University.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a eclectic approach that includes cognitive behavioral, mindfulness based, emotional regulation, strength based and solution focused therapy, as well as collaborative treatment planning with involved providers. My flexibility with selection of treatment approaches allows me to meet the needs of every unique individual.
