Great to meet you!

I'm dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive therapeutic environment. My practice is rooted in a deep understanding of individual differences and a commitment to providing non-judgmental support and empathy. My approach is integrative and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Some of my more unique therapeutic offerings are abortion aftercare and healing from emotional or narcissistic abuse.

I offer individual therapy for a variety of mental health concerns, including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders and relationship issues. Additionally, I provide sex therapy, addressing sexual health and intimacy concerns with compassion and professionalism. I also provide impartial couples therapy.

My practice is a safe space for the LGBTQI2S community. It is also a positive space for kink, asexuality, and individuals interested in or engaging in polyamorous/ ENM relationships. I would love to see if I'm the right fit for you. Please reach out with any questions.

I am currently only accepting couples for private pay and not insurance. You can contact me through Headway or text me at 510-725-5805 to book an appointment or consult. I am often able to find availability in my schedule that is not listed in Headway.

My approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is to meet my patients where they're at and support them in their journey to where they want to be. Therapy is not one size fits all and while certain treatment models work for some they may not work for others. With this and your goals in mind, I utilize the treatment model that best fits your life and personality.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to take away useful tools and a collaborative treatment plan based on your unique needs.
