Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Board Certified Telemental Health provider (BC-TMH) with a master's degree in Community Counseling and more than 25 years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges. My professional background includes working with military members, veterans, families, professionals, and individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and stress. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can build on your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should be tailored to the unique needs of each individual, so I use an integrative approach rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Depending on your goals and circumstances, I often draw from Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where we can build on your strengths, develop practical strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting relationship. I'll take time to understand what brought you to therapy, explore what you hope to gain from our work together, and learn about your goals and expectations. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that reflects your needs, and I'll also share what you can expect from me throughout the counseling process so you feel supported every step of the way.
