Great to meet you!

I am a psychotherapist and doctoral candidate in Developmental Psychology, specializing in attachment, trauma recovery, and relational patterns across the lifespan. My work is grounded in understanding how childhood experiences shape adult emotional and relational functioning — and how we can rewrite those patterns through intentional, compassionate healing. My doctoral research directly informs my clinical approach, allowing me to blend evidence-based science with intuitive, relationally-attuned therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates:

  • Doctoral-level developmental psychology research
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Attachment repair
  • Trauma-informed care
  • My signature L.A.W.TM framework (Love–Acceptance–Warmth)

This creates a therapy experience that is emotionally deep, developmentally informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, grounding conversation where we explore what brought you to therapy, identify emotional and relational patterns, and begin making sense of how your history shapes your present. If applicable I’ll explain my L.A.W. framework, collaborate on goals, and offer initial insight so you leave feeling understood, supported, and clear on our direction.
