Great to meet you!
I am a psychotherapist and doctoral candidate in Developmental Psychology, specializing in attachment, trauma recovery, and relational patterns across the lifespan. My work is grounded in understanding how childhood experiences shape adult emotional and relational functioning — and how we can rewrite those patterns through intentional, compassionate healing. My doctoral research directly informs my clinical approach, allowing me to blend evidence-based science with intuitive, relationally-attuned therapy.
