Great to meet you!

Hello, are you feeling overwhelmed or stretched thin by all you are carrying right now? I provide compassionate, practical therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, and anger management. Together, we will slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and begin to find relief, clarity, and more space to breathe in your daily life.

I have a special interest in working with parents of neurodivergent children and understand the unique joys and emotional complexities that come with raising a child with autism, ADHD, or both. Many parents experience stress, emotional exhaustion, and advocacy fatigue as they navigate school systems, services, and family needs that are often invisible to others, and you do not have to face that alone.

In addition to supporting parents of neurodiverse children, I work with individuals experiencing life transitions, women’s issues, and caregiving demands. My goal is to offer a space that is entirely your own, where you can speak openly, process your experiences, and receive support without judgment. If you are seeking greater emotional wellness, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I use a person centered approach to create a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

During the first session we can start building a therapeutic relationship, and you can share your story and expectations.
