Great to meet you!

Hello, are you feeling overwhelmed? I provide compassionate therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and anger management.

I have a special interest in working with parents of neurodivergent children, recognizing the unique joys and emotional complexities that accompany raising a child with autism or ADHD, or both. Many parents experience stress, emotional exhaustion, and advocacy fatigue as they navigate challenges that are often invisible to others.

In addition to supporting parents of neurodiverse children, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, stress, and women’s issues.

My goal is to provide you with a space that is entirely your own, where you can speak openly, process your experiences, and receive support without judgment. Together we will identify strengths and strategies tailored to your specific emotional needs.

Whether you are adjusting to a new phase of life, balancing family and career, coping with caregiving demands, or seeking greater emotional wellness, I would be honored to accompany you on this journey.

My approach to therapy

I use a person centered approach to create a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

During the first session we can start building a therapeutic relationship, and you can share your story and expectations.
