Great to meet you!

I work with teens, youth, adults, and parents who are feeling overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, behavior challenges, school stress, bullying, low confidence, and life experiences that have started to affect daily life. Some of my clients feel stuck, easily upset, shut down, constantly worried, or unsure how to handle what is happening at school, at home, or in their relationships. I also support parents who are trying to help a child who is struggling and want guidance, understanding, and practical tools along the way.

My approach to therapy

I understand the complexities of the school system and the challenges that can come up when a child or teen is struggling with behavior, bullying, anxiety, confidence, or emotional regulation. In therapy, I help clients and families make sense of what is going on beneath the surface, build healthier coping skills, strengthen communication, and work toward more stability, confidence, and healing. I also support people processing trauma and the ways it can show up through fear, stress, anger, avoidance, or feeling disconnected.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk about what has been feeling hardest lately, what concerns are showing up at home, at school, or in daily life, and what kind of support would feel most helpful right now. You can share at your own pace, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and not judged. You will leave with a clearer sense of what we can focus on together and how therapy can help.
