Great to meet you!

I’m Vannia! Outside of working with my clients I love singing, writing, and painting. Pretty much anything creative. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with Emphasis in Clinical Aspects of Cognition from UCSD and received a Master of Social Work from USC.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a tool to work through past traumas and negative experiences. I am here to listen without judgement and help you become confident in navigating through life.

What you can expect from our first session

Past clients have become more confident in their ability to navigate mental illness and better able to adapt to situations. Past triggers may no longer bring huge emotional/physical reactions.
