Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a diverse range of practice experiences. I have experience in education, sports, clinical practice, and child welfare. I do not have a preference for a specific population; I have a passion for working with all individuals. My experience is with persons with spectrum, anxiety, dual, depression, and adjustment-related diagnoses. I also have experience rendering services and supporting members of the LGBTQ+ population and groups of African ancestry. Within the last five years, my work has been primarily with families and individuals with a history of complex trauma.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client-driven. I am here to support you in accomplishing your personal and collective goals. I specialize in working with individuals, families, couples, young adults, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. I take pride in creating a safe and welcoming space for all persons I work with and their support networks.

What you can expect from me

I hope that each person and or group that I work with walks away with sustainable new skills and or knowledge to accomplish and maintain their individual goals. Engaging in therapeutic work is not always a linear experience; sometimes it is a roller coaster. I strive to create an environment so that each client is comfortable enough to embark on this ride together and return confident enough to encourage someone else to also explore the benefits of therapeutic services.
