Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a space to find inner peace through courage, curiosity, and compassion. The journey toward peace begins with the willingness to be vulnerable—an act that can feel both brave and frightening. Opening up to another person and turning inward to meet ourselves can stir fear and uncertainty, but it becomes gentler in a space free of judgment and shame. My goal is to create that space, where you can explore at your own pace and begin to reconnect with the parts of yourself that need care and understanding.

With 12+ years of experience supporting those impacted by trauma and other challenges , I use a body-centered, relational approach. I help clients slow down, tune into their bodies, and notice how the past shapes their present. Through curiosity, mindfulness, and compassion, I guide healing and deeper connection with self and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for your inner world. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing to create a space that is both insightful and experiential. These modalities allow us to gently explore the different parts of you, listen to the wisdom of your body, and clarify what truly matters in your life.

I believe healing doesn’t happen through force or fixing — it unfolds when we meet ourselves with care. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe and collaborative, building the capacity to stay present with difficult emotions while strengthening your sense of groundedness and choice. My work honors the connection between mind, body, and meaning, supporting you in untangling old survival patterns and reconnecting with your authentic self.

In our work, you can expect warmth, attunement, and thoughtful challenge. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you cultivate deeper awareness, more secure connection within yourself and with others, and a sustainable sense of inner peace.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Our time will focus on getting to know you — what brings you in, what feels most pressing, and what you hope might shift through our work together. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your story, your strengths, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while also making space for anything you feel ready (or not ready) to share.

We may begin gently exploring how your experiences show up in your body and emotions, and I may introduce simple language around “parts” of you to help make sense of inner conflicts or reactions. There is no pressure to dive into everything at once. The first session is about building safety, clarity, and collaboration. My intention is that you leave feeling heard, respected, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
