Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. I am a very good listener, very open, warm and friendly and I will let you express your concerns, your desires, and your plans for current and future life goals. I worked in forensic facilities with adults most of the years and for a few years with teenagers in forensic facility. I have a vast exposure to all mental health problems and treatments. In my private practice I worked in four different geriatric / Nursing homes for weekly psychotherapy and case presentations.

My professional journey has equipped me with a rich understanding of the complexities of the human mind and the unique struggles we all navigate.

My approach to therapy

I like to build a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and collaboration. I recognize that everyone is unique, and as such, my approach is highly individualized. I adapt my therapeutic techniques to meet the specific needs and goals of each client

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to enter a safe and collaborative therapeutic space where their thoughts, feelings, and experiences are met with empathy and without judgment. Establishing a trusting and open relationship is a fundamental aspect of my practice. Together, we will explore and gain insight into various aspects of your life, helping you better understand your emotions, behaviors, and patterns of thinking.
