Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and real. You won’t be met with judgment or quick fixes, but rather with curiosity, understanding, and practical tools to help you move forward. My approach integrates trauma-informed, evidence-based care with genuine human connection because healing happens when you feel seen, safe, and supported. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, blending insight, skills, and humor when needed. My goal is to help you reconnect with your sense of self, strengthen your relationships, and create lasting change both internally and externally.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s needs. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while drawing from trauma-informed and attachment-based frameworks. I believe healing happens in a safe, authentic relationship one built on trust, respect, and curiosity. Together, we’ll work to understand your experiences, uncover patterns that keep you stuck, and build the skills and self-awareness needed for meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel empowered, balanced, and deeply connected to yourself and those around you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you—your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from it. We’ll move at your pace, creating a space that feels safe and supportive from the start. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your background, strengths, and current challenges, while also explaining how I work and what you can expect moving forward. Together, we’ll begin outlining your goals for therapy so that our sessions feel intentional and collaborative. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
