My therapeutic approach is integrative; it is heart-centered & intuitive to support your whole self while teaching practical ways to regulate your nervous system, navigate life challenges, & become your best resource. During our process, we will explore what brought you to therapy & decide on an ongoing basis what is the most appropriate way to help you make progress toward the life you desire. I provide only individual virtual psychotherapy to residents of FL, NY & NJ.

I work best with those who are open for change, who struggle with their wellness, want to develop coping skills & quiet negative core beliefs, & who are ready to unlearn the habits that don't work for them any longer. I will assist you towards feeling confident & motivated, gaining self-awareness, & maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself and others; whilst increasing self-compassion. I look forward to helping you find answers relevant to your life experiences.

Most of my professional training has been in trauma healing, energy psychology, & dialectical behavior therapy. I have pursued advance certifications, such as Brainspotting, to deepen my expertise & provide cutting-edge interventions for my clients. Mindfulness & personal reflection help me to stay attuned to my clients' needs & my own presence in the room. Every client teaches me something new, & I approach each session with a willingness to learn & adapt methods.
