Great to meet you!

I am a queer, trans, disabled, neurodivergent therapist with lived experience that uses my life experience and professional experience to help you develop the skills necessary to become the best version of yourself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a trauma informed lens working with the intersectionality of the LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, and minority populations dealing with eating disorders and CPTSD. I work with dissociative disorders and complex trauma clients to help heal past wounds move forward into whatever goals they want to achieve. I use a trauma responsive approach working with the intersectionality of the LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, and minority populations dealing with eating disorders and CPTSD.

What you can expect from our first session

I use a trauma responsive therapy approach that allows me to learn how best to respond to you in sessions and help you learn the skills to respond to your own body. I use parts work that allows you to get in touch with not only your somatic sensations and your emotions but allows you to heal past wounds. Using expressive arts allows us to access other parts of your brain that are not typically used in talk therapy.
