I am a queer, trans, disabled, neurodivergent therapist with lived experience that uses my life experience and professional experience to help you develop the skills necessary to become the best version of yourself.

I use a trauma informed lens working with the intersectionality of the LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, and minority populations dealing with eating disorders and CPTSD. I work with dissociative disorders and complex trauma clients to help heal past wounds move forward into whatever goals they want to achieve. I use parts work that allows you to get in touch with not only your somatic sensations and your emotions but allows you to heal past wounds. Using expressive arts allows us to access other parts of your brain that are not typically used in talk therapy.
