Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed therapist who helps people feel more grounded, supported, and in control of their lives. I have a strong background in clinical social work and training in evidence‐based approaches that support healing and real change. I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, and helping clients build healthier patterns. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client‐centered, which means we start with what matters most to you. I take time to understand your goals, your pace, and what you hope to get out of therapy. Together, we build a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and meaningful for your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to talk about your goals and what brought you in. We’ll explore what you want to work on and begin thinking about the solutions we can build together. Most importantly, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a comfortable, trusting connection.
