Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Vendela! My experience as a clinician includes working in schools providing counseling and mentorships to youth and seeing clients in a private practice setting for individual therapy. I have worked with clients with various issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, panic disorders, and more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to meet each client where they're at and I typically work well with those who show up to each session with a willingness to be open, an ability to self-reflect, and a desire to work towards change! I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, pulling from modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT and SFBT.

What you can expect from our first session

I have always had a very driven and dedicated mindset, which comes in part from being a competitive athlete for 10+ years! In this chapter of my life, the drive and dedication I have developed can be applied to help individuals reach their therapeutic goals. I hope that I can help you on your journey of growth and healing!
