Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to providing a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, using evidence-based methods like EMDR, CBT and trauma-informed care. I believe in helping clients build self-awareness, self-compassion, and practical tools for lasting change. My goal is to support you in feeling more confident, grounded, and aligned in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, and tailored to each individual.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any important background that helps guide our work together. I’ll also explain how I approach therapy and answer any questions you may have. This session is about building comfort and connection, not pressure—you don’t have to have everything figured out. By the end, we’ll begin identifying goals and a path forward that feels supportive and tailored to you.
