Great to meet you!

Together, we can get through this. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other challenges, you don’t have to face them alone. I am a trauma-informed therapist certified in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), with additional expertise in clinical supervision. Drawing on decades of experience in healthcare and education, I offer a holistic, integrative approach that considers the whole person—not just the symptoms. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel understood, gain meaningful insight, and develop practical skills to move through life’s challenges with greater confidence and purpose

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. I work with openness, honesty, and compassion, offering direct feedback and thoughtful challenges that help clients discover their own answers, strengths, and potential. When supporting people through burnout, chronic illness, or the complexities of the healthcare system, I incorporate a more structured, practical approach tailored to their needs

What you can expect from me

I begin with a brief 15-minute consultation so we can determine whether we are a good fit. If your concerns fall outside my scope of practice, I will be transparent and, when possible, help connect you with a more appropriate provider. During our first session, I will gather information to better understand your needs and tailor our work accordingly. Although this process may feel somewhat formal, it is an essential part of my integrative approach. I believe biological, physical, and emotional well-being are closely connected, so considering and ruling out relevant medical or physical factors helps us choose the most effective path forward. As our work continues, I provide a welcoming, open space where you can speak freely. Together, we will address challenges, build practical skills, deepen your understanding of yourself and others, and foster a stronger connection with yourself, the people around you, and your life
