A bit about my approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to therapy

Venida's therapy style is welcoming and warm. The client is given an environment that is comfortable to express what they are experiencing with mental health and their hope. At the beginning of therapy, the client can discuss their challenges, which will help Venida collect relevant information about their ways of life and emotions. The dialogue will help develop an approach to the client's progress and health.
