Great to meet you!

My current treatment focuses/ training are for perinatal mental health, and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT). I'm passionate about working with the BIPOC population, LGBTQ+ population, teens, young adults, and older as they learn how to navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I'm dedicated to working with those of various backgrounds and walks of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, emotionally attuned, and growth-oriented. I do my best to create spaces where clients feel safe enough to be honest but challenged enough to grow. I value emotional depth, accountability, and self-awareness, and I try to help clients slow down to understand their patterns without shaming themselves for them. I integrate practical coping tools with reflective exploration, often guiding clients to identify their internal narratives, boundaries, and emotional responses while building healthier ways of communicating and regulating. My work is compassionate yet direct—I validate experiences while gently encouraging clients to take ownership of their healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a calm, welcoming, and structured space where they are invited to share at their own pace. The first session focuses on understanding what brought them in, identifying their goals, and exploring relevant background experiences without overwhelming them. I ask thoughtful questions, reflect patterns you notice, and begin gently introducing practical tools when appropriate. Clients can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported, while also leaving with clarity about what therapy with me will look like and how we will work together moving forward. I do my best to help them feel seen and know I am not here to judge them or tell them how to live their lives.
