Great to meet you!

I am a passionate therapist dedicated to guiding individuals through life's transitions with compassion and understanding. My practice centers on women's mental health (including those who support women), empowering clients to embrace their inherent strengths as we navigate challenges together. With a degree in Holistic Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I work to understand my client's lived experiences and environment, which are all contributing factors to their overall well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic alliance, which fosters trust & openness while creating a safe environment for our work. I draw from evidence-based strategies, including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. Together, we can work towards achieving your goals. As a Menopause-Informed CBT Coach, I am here to educate, guide, and support you through the challenging journey of peri-menopause and menopause.

What you can expect from our first session

I take a holistic approach in my work that recognizes each client's unique experiences and perspectives. I believe that everyone has the potential to thrive. Using an integrated approach, I help clients build resilience, manage stressors, address lifestyle choices, and foster a sense of empowerment.
