Great to meet you!

What I want you to know about me is simple: I’m human too. I show up with an open mind, genuine curiosity, and a direct yet warm approach that helps you feel safe, supported, and understood. My goal is to create a space where you can share freely and begin working through whatever obstacle you’re facing with confidence and clarity.

I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also work closely with women, BIPOC individuals, and clients experiencing body-image concerns or disordered eating. For couples, I provide guidance through premarital preparation, reconciliation, separation, uncoupling, and infidelity recovery. Above all, I’m committed to walking alongside you with honesty, compassion, and respect as you move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, but the heart of my approach is truly client-centered. I focus on meeting you where you are, understanding your unique experiences, and helping you build resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I integrate evidence-based strategies with a warm, collaborative style, creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, strengthening relationships, or seeking healthier patterns for your life, my goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you’re met with curiosity and not judgment. I know that reaching out for support takes courage, and my goal is to make that first step feel safe and manageable. Whether you’re an adult navigating life’s demands, an adolescent facing the pressures of growing up, or a couple working through relationship challenges, our initial conversation will focus on understanding your story, your needs, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll begin creating a path toward healing, empowerment, and overall mental wellness.
