Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of TX., with 10+ years of experience as a psychotherapist working with culturally diverse children, adolescents, and adults ranging from ages 6-60. I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas at Dallas, and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I have worked in school settings, psychiatric facilities, private and nonprofit practices, early intervention, and child/adult welfare.

My approach to therapy

My primary approach to counseling is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focused on listening to you and helping you connect your thoughts and behaviors. I also use Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy. My mission is to help you achieve attainable goals you set for yourself towards becoming your own personal problem solver who can think productively and live out your best life. I also have history providing Christian Counseling by request.

What you can expect from me

I will provide you with a comprehensive therapeutic evaluation and whatever you’re struggling with, I extend my professional support to assist you in elevating yourself along your journey.
