Great to meet you!

I've worked in the mental health field for 13 years. The first seven years was spent providing individual and group therapy for adults, with and without co-occurring disorders. For the last eight years, my practice has consisted of medication management and individual therapy. I hold a M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Boston University School of Medicine. In 2017, I completed both my BSN and MSN at MGH Institute of Health Professions in Charlestown, MA.

**NOTE**: I am only accepting insurance based clients who are seeking medication management only or medication management AND therapy. Therapy ONLY services are offered on a private pay basis. Also, I DO NOT prescribed controlled substance [e.g, Adderall (amphetamine-dextroamphetamine), lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse), methyphenidate (Ritalin, Concerta), clonazepam (Klonopin), lorazepam (Ativan), etc]

My approach to therapy

While I will bring what I have learned from my training, I hold that the client is the expert of their experience. I take a holistic, trauma informed, collaborative approach in the care I provide. This approach is expressed in my tendency to ask questions and offer suggestions, as we consider the best course of treatment. Please note that I do not prescribe controlled substances.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients feel heard, seen, affirmed and empowered during the treatment process and that this translates to their experience of themselves outside of our sessions.
