I am passionate about destigmatizing society's outlook of mental health treament and want to create a safe space for you to be your authentic self. As humans, we all strive to be heard, seen and validated. I have been working as a mental health professional for over 5 years with four specialized degrees in human development and psychology.

I am an experienced forensic psychotherapist, specializing in mandated or court related therapy, child therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, play therapy, emotions focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.
