I graduated from Columbia University and have been licensed since 2009. I have extensive experience working with all ages and diverse backgrounds. I work with various life stages, life stressors in professional and personal life domains, including anxiety, family issues, PTSD, depression and special needs. I enjoy mentoring and supervising interns.
My approach and focus of treatment is always personally tailored to the specific and unique needs of the individual/s. I utilize CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused and other modalities to while creating a safe, trusting and collaborative relationship with every individual served.
My goal is to assist each person lead a fulfilling, insightful and inspired life while managing daily stressors/concerns. I create a warm, supportive and reflective environment, while assisting/guiding progress.
