Hi my name is Vera I'm a psychiatric mental health Nurse practitioner. My approach is warm, open minded and slightly humorous. I value making sure my patients feel heard. I work with ages 13 and up treating Depression Anxiety Bipolar disorder ADHD and PTSD. I'm interested in helping you beyond medication management and offer brief psychotherapy as well.
During your visit you can expect to have my full attention. I am interested in hearing your story and what you feel like is the biggest stressor at this time. We will work together as a team to achieve your individual goals.
Our first visit is scheduled for 90 minutes and will be spent getting to know each other. I take my time reviewing your history and present symptoms. Based on your diagnosis we will discuss treatment options. during this time I will provide education of your options and make sure your concerns are fully heard and addressed.
