Great to meet you!

My training is rooted in clinical psychology, neuroscience, social-emotional coaching, and somatic psychology. I bring together both cognitive, evidence-based approaches—such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP—with body-aware and attachment-focused therapies. This integrative style allows me to support clients in moving beyond overthinking and emotional overwhelm, especially those living with ADHD, Autism, CPTSD, OCD, or other complex, co-occurring concerns.

My approach to therapy

Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in overthinking, burnout, or emotional overwhelm. Their minds are constantly active, but their bodies feel exhausted, tense, or disconnected. My approach focuses on restoring that balance. I use an integrative, body-aware style of therapy that combines traditional "talk therapy" with somatic, mindfulness, and attachment-informed practices. Together, we slow things down, listen to what your body and emotions are communicating, and help you make choices that feel more authentic, steady, and aligned with your true needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to slow down and start building a foundation of safety and understanding. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you and what you’d like to be different, while also beginning to notice your nervous system patterns and internal signals. I see therapy as a collaborative process where you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you build insight, self-acceptance, and the confidence to make choices that feel more aligned with who you truly are.
