Great to meet you!

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore barriers to your well-being, and work toward achieving your personal goals at a pace that feels right for you.

I believe that healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore life's challenges while building the skills and confidence to create meaningful change.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families using an integrative, client-centered approach tailored to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals. Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic modalities, I help clients navigate a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family conflict, relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, and everyday stressors.

I am committed to empowering clients by recognizing their resilience and helping them build on their existing strengths. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship that fosters growth, healing, and lasting positive change. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they work toward greater emotional well-being and a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should be personalized, collaborative, and empowering. Every client brings unique experiences, strengths, and goals, so I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.

I draw from several evidence-based therapeutic models, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. By integrating these approaches, I can help clients develop practical coping skills, process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to share your thoughts, experiences, and concerns. I understand that starting therapy or meeting with a new therapist can feel uncomfortable or anxiety-provoking, so I prioritize building trust and rapport at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

During our initial sessions, I'll explain what to expect from the therapeutic process, ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to better understand your experiences and goals, answer any questions you may have, and complete a focused assessment to gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs. Together, we'll develop an initial treatment plan that is collaborative, realistic, and tailored to your unique circumstances.

My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life's challenges. Whether we're working to reduce anxiety or depression, process trauma, strengthen relationships, improve self-esteem, or develop healthier coping strategies, we'll work together to build resilience, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
