Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in helping women who are tired of carrying the weight of the world while feeling unseen in their own lives. In my practice, you don’t have to censor yourself—you get to show up fully, freely, and unapologetically. Whether you’re battling anxiety, high-functioning depression, or the exhausting “strong Black woman” narrative, therapy is your space to finally choose you. Together, we’ll quiet the noise, unmask the imposter syndrome, and begin the journey back to your authentic self.

My approach to therapy

Healing isn’t linear and the truth is, healing hurts. But right now, you’re already hurting. My approach is direct, empowering, and unapologetically honest. I help women unlearn survival-mode behaviors, challenge the pressure to always be “strong,” and confront the anxiety and high-functioning depression that’s been hiding in plain sight.

What you can expect from me

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself, “How did I get here?” If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re constantly giving but never getting back, we’ll work together to figure that out. You’ll learn how to notice what’s really going on inside and around you, set boundaries that keep you safe and respected, and handle conflict in ways that don’t leave you drained. This space is about helping you take real steps to move away from the old patterns and start living the life you deserve.
