Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia. I received my Master's from Clark Atlanta University and have been in the mental health field for 9 years. I help teens and young adults struggling with stress and anxiety, depression, lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and more. I believe that you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

My approach to therapy

I offer practical tips and techniques for managing stress, improving emotional well-being, and developing personal skills or exploring therapy concepts without feeling pressure or judgment. Common theoretical approaches I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, solution-focused, and many others.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and rapport building, then examine specific challenges you're facing. We will then collaborate on a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
