Great to meet you!

Cześć! My name is Veronic and I’m a licensed clinical social worker specializing in trauma, especially for those impacted by crime and other traumatic experiences. With a deep background in supporting individuals through grief, sexual abuse, and domestic violence, my focus is on creating a safe, compassionate space for healing. Here, you'll find room to process, build confidence, and develop skills to navigate life's difficulties. We might even share a few laughs to lighten the journey!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths based, client-centered, and collaborative. You are a unique individual that is more than the labels others place on you. That deserves to be seen and valued.

I utilize a variety of modalities tailored to the clients needs. These include CBT, ACT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and EMDR. I make sure my clients are validated and listened to while also helping them gain the confidence to heal on their own terms, at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

I always aim to create a comfortable, affirming and non-judgmental environment. In our sessions together, we will work through the cluttered parts that life has thrown your way, respect your right to self-determination, all while being fully immersed and involved in your healing journey.
