Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s most challenging transitions. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University and have spent my career helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and chronic stress.

Growing up in a family of mental health professionals taught me the importance of compassion, curiosity, and genuine human connection. My approach blends evidence-based psychotherapy with mindfulness, somatic techniques, and nature-based practices to help clients reconnect with themselves—not just intellectually, but emotionally and physically.

Clients often describe me as warm, down-to-earth, thoughtful, approachable, and easy to talk to. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to move toward the life they want to create.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing happens through connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and personalized to each client’s unique needs.

I integrate traditional psychotherapy with mindfulness, somatic interventions, nervous system regulation, and nature-based practices when appropriate. Rather than simply talking about problems, we’ll explore how stress, trauma, and emotions are experienced in both the mind and body while developing practical tools that create lasting change.

My goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, improve relationships, and reconnect with their own strengths. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, we’ll work together at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you—not just the challenges that brought you to therapy, but also your strengths, values, and hopes for the future.

We’ll discuss what’s been happening in your life, identify your goals, and begin creating a treatment plan that feels meaningful and realistic. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a sense that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Therapy isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about creating a space where healing, growth, and lasting change can begin.
