I strongly believe in empowering our community by providing evidence base mental health services with dignity and respect to those who struggle with life's troubles.

By providing individual counseling, I encouraged each person to use their strengths and abilities to make changes in their lives. By providing evidence base treatment, the individual will be guided, educated, and supported through the treatment. I am here to listen and provide a positive and safe environment.

My goal is to build trust and hope in my clients by providing a safe environment where they are encouraged to express themselves, and feel their emotions. Clients can expect to leave my office feeling empowered and respected.
