Great to meet you!

I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on connection and emotional safety. One of my greatest priorities as a therapist is creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable showing up authentically and know they will be met with empathy and without judgment. I believe that every person already holds the answers they need within themselves; therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with those inner strengths and insights. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals through major life transitions, including the transition into parenthood, grief and loss, identity shifts, and periods of uncertainty or overwhelm. My passion for this work is both professional and personal, and I understand how hard it can be to navigate significant change while caring for yourself and others. I would be honored to support you as you heal and grow through life’s difficult seasons.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to identify unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways of coping and responding to life's challenges. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy, which emphasizes strengths, resilience, and practical steps toward positive change.

While therapy can involve processing pain and difficult experiences, I also believe it can be a space for growth and reconnecting with what brings you meaning, fulfillment, and joy. My goal is to help clients feel empowered and more connected to themselves and the life they want to build.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a comfortable and trusting relationship while exploring what brought you to therapy, the challenges you may be facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. We may discuss your current stressors, relationships, personal history, coping strategies, and goals. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
