I completed my Master's degree from Our Lady of the Lake University Worden School of Social Work. I served two decades in social services with experience in identifying issues and resolving a wide range of concerns working with family, child and individual. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) providing specialized care with traumatic experiences and a Certified Clinical Telemental Health (CTMH) offering therapeutic care online.

I offer a comprehensive approach to therapy, combining Cognitive Behaviors Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques.
