Great to meet you!

My name is Veronica and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience providing social-emotional support to pre-teens to adults. I graduated from New York University in New York. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, anger, relationship issues as well as many other different areas of the human experience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to therapy that focuses on the uniqueness of each individual, their past, present and goals for their future. My goal is to provide you with the support and tools to discover your own strength and resiliency to navigate life’s challenges. My approach is eclectic in nature with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness that allows tailoring for your unique experience.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to create a space where you feel empowered and heard to create change for your future in the way that you are most comfortable. My approach tends to focus on goal setting, setting boundaries within relationships and challenging our own self talk that might not be helpful to a situation.
