Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because of my own life experiences — and because from a young age I genuinely loved the art of listening. I know what it feels like to be in a moment of your life you did not expect to be in. My job is to make sure you feel heard: not in a clinical, check-the-box way, but in a real, human way. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, women's issues, and major life transitions. I am warm, patient, and I will meet you exactly where you are. You do not have to have it figured out before you reach out.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and strength-based. Together, we figure out what is actually driving your distress and what tools work best for you specifically. I draw from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed practices, guided by what resonates for your situation rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol. I believe you are the expert on your own

life. My role is to help you access clarity and skills you may not know you have yet. Sessions are focused, goal-aware, and grounded in what you actually need right now.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really just a conversation. I want to hear what brought you here, what your life looks like right now, and what you are hoping to get from therapy. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or to tell me everything at once. We set the pace together. All sessions are virtual throughout California. Feel free to reach out and we will find a time that actually works for your schedule and your life.
