Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a neurodiversity-affirming approach to care. As a late-diagnosed autistic woman, I bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding to my work, particularly with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals.

I specialize in the treatment of ADHD, OCD, ODD, social anxiety, and related mood and anxiety disorders, working with both children and adults. My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized—I focus on helping clients better understand their brains, reduce shame, and find treatment plans that are sustainable and respectful of who they are. I strive to create a safe, validating space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative, and evidence-based. I focus on understanding the whole person rather than reducing experiences to diagnoses alone. Treatment is individualized and often includes thoughtful medication management, psychoeducation, and close collaboration with therapists and families when appropriate. I prioritize helping clients understand how their brains work, reduce shame and self-blame, and build practical strategies that support emotional regulation, functioning, and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a thoughtful, collaborative, and affirming experience. Sessions focus on understanding symptoms in context, reviewing what is and isn’t working, and making individualized treatment decisions together. Appointments often include medication management, psychoeducation, and practical guidance to help clients better understand their brains and reduce day-to-day distress. I aim to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and never rushed or judged.
