Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor as well as a licensed chemical dependency counselor. I enjoy walking alongside clients as they strive to live a more authentic and meaningful life. My goal is to make sure you feel heard and that you know how capable you already are. After all, look how far you've come!

My approach to therapy

I work with clients from a Person Centered Approach. I believe that you have the answers with in yourself and given a safe and nonjudgmental space, you can problem solve ways to live authentically. I tend to pull techniques that are both expressive and from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

What you can expect from me

You should expect to come to session and walk away with a new found sense of hope in your current situation. You will learn to trust yourself and how to hold yourself accountable. You hold the keys to your dreams.
