Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over five years of experience supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, mood instability, stress, trauma, relationship conflict, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in negative thought patterns, or unsure how to cope with daily stressors. You may be experiencing racing thoughts, panic symptoms, irritability, low motivation, difficulty concentrating, or challenges managing emotions in relationships, work, or school.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier thought patterns. My approach is structured yet flexible, allowing us to tailor treatment to your specific needs and goals. I believe prioritizing your mental health is one of the most important investments you can make, and I look forward to supporting you as you move toward clarity, confidence, and emotional stability.

My approach to therapy

Every therapeutic journey is unique, and I believe treatment should reflect your individual experiences, symptoms, and goals. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship stress, self-esteem concerns, or difficulty managing overwhelming emotions, we will work collaboratively to create a treatment plan that feels intentional and achievable.

Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT, we will explore how your thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses are connected. Together, we’ll identify triggers, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and build tools to manage stress, conflict, and difficult emotions more effectively. Open communication and mutual respect are central to my work. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, heard, and supported while also being gently challenged toward growth and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an introductory conversation focused on understanding what brings you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your story, discuss current symptoms such as anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship concerns, or emotional overwhelm, and clarify what you hope to gain from the process.

We will explore your goals and begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to distress, whether that includes negative self-talk, difficulty regulating emotions, conflict in relationships, or ongoing stress. Together, we will outline a realistic and personalized treatment plan designed to support steady, meaningful progress over time. My intention is for you to leave the first session feeling comfortable, validated, and hopeful about the path forward.
